At American Shine Detailing, we are committed to providing exceptional service while maintaining a fair and efficient schedule for all clients and technicians. To ensure smooth operations, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Non-Refundable Deposit

A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment in our schedule. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This helps cover the time, preparation, and resources reserved for your appointment.

Repeated Reschedules

If an appointment is rescheduled one or more times and is later cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. This policy ensures fair allocation of time and resources for all clients.

No-Call / No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount. This policy ensures fairness to our team and to clients who may have requested that time slot.

We understand that emergencies can happen, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.

American Shine Detailing – SMS Terms & Conditions

American Shine Detailing is a mobile-based vehicle detailing service dedicated to preserving vehicle value and enhancing exterior and interior appearance for customers across our service area.

SMS Program Opt-In / Opt-Out

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode or number you received messages from. Upon sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message verifying your unsubscribe status. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, simply sign up again through the same method used initially, and SMS messaging will resume.
